Opportunity
The Town of Wentworth NH is seeking candidates for a
full-time, year-round position with mandatory hours being early mornings,
nights and weekends in the winter as required by the Road Agent. The position
will be a highway maintenance/construction worker. Preferred candidates will
have a CDL B driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months. The candidate also must have experience
operating equipment including backhoe, road grader, plowing, etc. Experience
with equipment maintenance and repair is a plus. The position will also require
manual labor and must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. All candidates must pass a
criminal background screening as well as a drug screening prior to employment.
