The Supervisors of the Checklist for the Town of Wentworth will be in session, June 2, 2020 at 7 pm at the Town Office. The purpose of the meeting is to update and make corrections to the checklist and to register new voters for the State Primary Elections held on September 8, 2020.

Webster Memorial Library Offering Porch-Side Service

Starting May 20th, the library will be offering porch-side service so patrons can once again borrow items! 

You can let us know what you would like to borrow by checking our online catalog and then requesting a hold. 

You will receive a phone call to arrange a pick-up time, or, if you would like an email instead, please fill in the email portion of the request hold. Items will be placed in a paper bag and put on the porch for pick-up. 

If you have young children and would like us to pick out and fill a bag with picture books, please let us know. 

No one will be allowed into the building at this time

Pick-up times will be:
Monday 1:00--5:45
Wednesday 11--4:45
Saturday 9-11:45
Please return all items in the book drop

NH Electric Co-op Herbicide Notice

Starting May 15, 2020 New Hampshire Electric Co-op and its contractor consultant intends to apply herbicides along various power line right-of-ways during 2020.

Download the attached file to learn more about:
- Identification of power lines scheduled for treatment
- Herbicide products to be used
- Coupon for individuals who want personal notification or who want to advise NHE Co-op of sensitive areas of concern
- Copies of topographical maps describing the power line and rights of way intended for treatment.
