Webster Memorial Library Invitation to Bid
Webster Memorial Library is looking for bids for sumac & brush removal and mulching on library property.
This work will be done in 2023 and is contingent upon the library budget being passed by vote at town meeting in March.
Specifics:
- Sumac and brush are to be removed by pulling out of ground including as many roots as possible (not by cutting) and removed from library property.
- Areas where brush has been removed are to be raked/smoothed out afterward.
- Surfaces where brush/sumac is removed are to be covered with heavy black plastic or other approved material to prevent regrowth, then covered with bark mulch.
All bids must be received by November 30th. Must be fully insured and able to present certificate before work begins.
