The Wentworth Planning Board Meeting is scheduled at 6:30 PM 4 May in the Selectman’s meeting room at Wentworth Town Office. This meeting will be a combination meeting where Board Chairperson Marina Reilly Collette, Board Members Palmer Koelb, Hannah Paquette and board secretary John Meade will be at Town Office. The remainder of the board as well as any townsperson can attend via Zoom Conference remotely, The following is an agenda and link for this meeting.

- 6:30 PM open meeting with Quorum of 4 or more board members. Madame Chairperson to oversee the meeting.
- 6:33 6 April Minutes provided to the board electronically will be reviewed for accuracy and be amended if necessary for acceptance.
- 6:35 PM Hannah Paquette as a write in candidate is interviewed by Madame Chairperson and a vote to appoint to the board for year 2020-2021.
- 6:45 PM Craig Pasco as alternate will be interviewed by Madame Chairperson and a vote to reappoint as an alternate board member for year 2020-2021
- 6:48 John Meade to Recuse himself from the Icer LLC review meeting.
- 6:50 PM Mr. Scott Sanborn of Cardigan Mountain Surveyors LLC will speak to the board in the review meeting to a minor subdivision of 219-223 Mount Moosilauke Highway ( Old Dog Kennel lot at Hooper Hill Road.) Official Plat will be provided to the board members electronically.
- 7:05 PM Review and distribution of the amended Wentworth Planning Board Regulations. PDF and hard copies for distribution if I am able to get printed/bound timely.

Upcoming Gravel Road Maintenance
NOTICE FROM THE SELECT BOARD OFFICE
The Highway Department will soon begin to apply magnesium chloride to the town's gravel roads to keep the summer dust down. Any resident who does not want to have this applied in front of their property must notify the Administrative Assistant in writing prior to May 4, 2020. Covid-19 Pandemic:
Please call for an appointment for marriage licenses, birth certificates and death certificate - 764-5244.
All renewal registrations, dog licenses, and tax payments can be paid on line or through the mail. If sending renewals requests through the mail, please send with it your renewal form and payment (DO NOT SEND CASH or CREDIT CARD NUMBERS). If you don’t have your renewal form, please send the plate number of the vehicle(s) you are renewing or a copy of the current registration with your signature. You may call us (Tuesday 9-7, Wed 9-2 or Thursday 9-2) for the cost if you don’t know.
Please send through the mail to Town Clerk, PO Box 2, Wentworth, NH 03282.
If you have a new car, your 20-day plate has been extended through April 30, 2020. If you don’t have a 20-day plate, please call us so we can explain what you need to get you registered through the mail.

Town Clerk/Tax Collector's Office Closed
To the Residents of Wentworth, NH:
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, the Town Clerk and Tax Collector’s Office will close until at least the end of April.
We will however process all online and mailed in Renewal Registrations, Dog licenses, and/or Tax Payments. The link to pay online is https://www.wentworth-nh.org.
If you send in for a renewal with no renewal form, please include your plate number on a piece of paper, your phone number, and your signature.
If you need a Marriage License, Birth Certificate, or Death Certificate, please email me @ townclerk@wentworth-nh.org or call the office at 603-764-5244 (Leave a message if we are not there) to make an appointment for parking lot service. The door to the offices will be locked.
The DMV has extended all temporary plates until the 30th of April. They have also extended license renewals for 6 months.
